How lead scoring works

Rules fire automatically when the matching event occurs for a contact.
Points are added to (or subtracted from) the contact's score in real time.
Use “Max times per day” to cap spammy events like page views.
Scores are visible on each contact's profile. Segment by score to find hot leads.
