Frequently Asked Questions

How do I connect my social media accounts?

Go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect next to each platform. Follow the OAuth flow to grant access.

Can I import my existing contact list?

Yes. Navigate to Contacts and use the Import button to upload a CSV file with your contacts.

How does AI content generation work?

When composing a campaign or social post, click the AI Suggest button. It uses GPT-4 to generate subject lines and content based on your prompt.

What happens when I hit my plan limits?

You will receive an in-app notification before hitting limits. Upgrade anytime from Settings → Billing.

Is there an API for developers?

Yes. The CognitivPulse REST API is documented in our OpenAPI spec. Contact us at hello@cognitivpulse.com for API access.
